Women over 40 experience a long period of hormonal change that can have a profound impact on their bodies, their lives and their ultimate happiness.
We are supposed to be superwomen, right? Just deal with it. Why do we expect that this change is just "normal" and not a big deal? It happens to everyone, right?
But what is it that REALLY happens. I will tell you that most women are blindsided by it.
I believe that the menopausal period is The Great Disrupter for us.
The fact of the matter is that women are not educated before the disruption starts to happen. By the time they realize the massive effect it is having on them, they've gained weight, and can't seem to control it and feel really lousy about themselves. In many cases, it can cause us to lose or have a shift in our very identity.
If you have been going through or have gone through menopause, have you ever looked at yourself and said "Where did I go?" "Whose body is this?" "Why can't I get this under control?"
The answer to that question is because you are fighting a new battle with an old plan. And honestly, you don't need to be fighting, you need to be educated so that you can take the actions necessary to compliment it. Work side by side.
I am here as that educuator and coach.
I created my wellness program for women over 40 because I saw the frustration, and believed there was an answer.
I created my program to help them understand what is happening to their bodies and self-confidence, and give them a New Plan...a New Way to Wellness based on six lifestyle essentials. My goal for them is to take back their bodies, win back their confidence and create a NEW identity as a fabulous woman over 40.
I am uniquely qualified to work with these women because I am one of them. I began the creation and implementation of my methods when I was 48. I not only coached it to other women, but I lived it myself as I am now 57 years old. I feel more confident than I ever have , and I am just starting to live my true purpose and calling.
My other mission is through the experiences of my clients, to educate women in their 30's as to the reality of what is coming, and to take action now to prepare.
